Whether you’re a beginner taking your first step or an experienced practitioner working towards advanced postures, our expert-led sessions will support your journey every step of the way. These classes are not just about fitness — they’re about holistic transformation. Whether your goal is to improve flexibility, manage stress, lose weight, or develop emotional balance, our integrated approach with asanas, pranayamas, and yogic lifestyle techniques will guide you there.

  • Join on any date – start your practice when you’re ready
  • Validity: 1 month from the date of payment
  • Live interactive sessions via Zoom
  • Class links will be shared via Email and WhatsApp

Important Guidelines

  • Missed classes cannot be adjusted in other batches
  • Batch transfers are not permitted
  • Recording the sessions is strictly prohibited
  • Fees are non-refundable
